Pricing · All feeds

Every price on one page. Every record checked before you pay.

The entry event on every feed is the reverse demo: three real records, free, with the government source linked on every row. Checkout exists for the day the records convince you.

01 · Permit Signal — Electrical and fire-alarm contractors

Three tiers. Most contractors want the middle one.

The Feed is every permit the City issues, all trades, and you sort it. The Shortlist is the same file cut to your trade, with the open-trade check and the measured odds on every cross-trade record. Both are the same file, read for every subscriber — nothing divides when a second firm joins. Only the territory tier is exclusive, and territory is confirmed open by email before any money moves.

What the money is actually for

The permits are free and we print the dataset ID so you can pull them yourself. Four things happen after that, and none of them are available from the City’s portal: we re-check each address for a permit in your trade and print the date we asked; we print the measured follow-on odds for that pairing, out of how many cases and when we measured them; we carry the demolition and asbestos watchlist, which runs two to four months ahead of the permit file; and we remove the tents, stages and marquees the City files as new construction. Odds are measured history, not a guarantee.

Self-serve feed

Exclusive territory

The enriched feed in your trade and territory, sold to one firm and no one else.

02 · HaulRisk — commercial truck insurance agencies

One state. One agency. Two bands.

A state prices by its measured suspension-order volume, not by negotiation. 36 states price METRO and 5 price MAJOR (90-day window, measured 2026-07-29). The other 9 are not sold — volume below the bar; selling a starving territory churns.

METRO state — Standard

$2,500/mo

One high-volume state, exclusive. Daily FMCSA suspension feed, federal source link and phone validation on every record.

  • One state, exclusive
  • Daily suspension feed
  • FMCSA source link on every record

MAJOR state — Starter

$1,500/mo

One mid-volume state, exclusive. Same feed, same checks, smaller order flow.

  • Daily suspension feed
  • FMCSA source link on every record

Band per state from measured suspension-order volume (90-day window, measured 2026-07-29). The other 9 states are not sold. This strip shows pricing bands only — whether a state is still open is confirmed by email before any money moves.

States are held one at a time. When a state is taken it comes off this page. We will give you your state’s measured order count before you pay.

03 · Opening + Renewal Signal — B2B vendors, Cook County

$750 a month. One category. Nobody else in Cook County.

One vendor category

$750/mo

One vendor category, exclusive across Cook County. Daily openings, the rolling 60-day renewal horizon, a named business officer on every released record, and a source link on every row.

The twelve categories

  • Business insurance

  • Bookkeeping and accounting
  • Waste and grease
  • Linen and uniform
  • Commercial cleaning
  • Pest control

There are twelve slots and one county. When the twelve are sold the product is sold out. We are not going to invent a thirteenth category to make a sale, and we are not going to widen your category to fit someone else in.

How billing works

Two kinds of product, two kinds of terms. You don’t discount a scarce exclusive unit; you do reward cash up front on an unlimited one.

Self-serve tiers · non-exclusive

  • Billed monthly. The feed stops when you stop.
  • Prepay: 9 months up front — $2,241 on the self-serve feed — and you get 12.

  • One-time territory hold fee: one month of the band price, annual terms only, never refunded.
  • ACH offered first on METRO and MAJOR states.
  • A state or category is confirmed open before any money is taken — that is why the button is an email.
